S2S

Team ErikSaurousRex rocked it out this weekend. We ran 190 miles in just under 24 hours. 12 runners running 3 legs each. I was once again really bad at the photo thing, although I did manage to get Sean in his costume for the costume leg. He was SeanSaurousRex in honor of Erik. Lucky for all of us Katie happened to have a Yoshi costume laying around, Sean completed the look with his mini green running shorts.

Wedding Dance Party

PARTY!!!!!! The best part, the dance party! Mae was in love with Mary all night and only wanted to dance with her. Luckily Mary loves her a ton too and put up with her :)

Oh its Mae and her momma. This was right before bedtime I believe. She was falling asleep on my shoulder on the dance floor. It was pretty cute.

The wedding was amazing and we are all sad that it was the last McLachlan sibling wedding, we have all decided that we just need to have parties over the years so we can get our dance on!

Waiting To Walk Down The Aisle

We were all dolled up and ready to head down the isle. That's the worst part is waiting those last few minutes while the guests get in their seats. The upside is the view from Auntie Niess house, you can watch it all from the large picture window.

Mae Getting Ready

Mary and Quinn tied the knot on August 8th. It was an awesome day. Mae and I got the opportunity to be in the wedding it was so much fun getting to be a part of all the getting ready stuff, and being even more girly (false eyelashes anyone?) that day.

Mae was excited about everything and was having a blast just running around the lake and getting into everything. At the wedding was a photo booth (so awesome), Mae was apparently helping Brook get stuff together, or playing in the props.

Time for the big show! She got her hair in a ponytail, and got to play with bronzer.

Seriously crazy cute, she was quite the little flower girl.

The Sleeping Bag

I have been very bad at taking pictures this summer, these next 3 pictures are the only ones I took on our McNard camping trip this year (thank goodness for brook and her camera, she got some great ones of Mae).

First thing in the morning hanging out in the tent, just reading a book.

We got Mae a sleeping bag this year for camping. She loved it! I will say it was so nice this year to have her sleeping in her own bag and not sharing with us. She really never napped on the trip, but that meant when she crashed at night she was out hardcore.

So before we left some friends came over and we discovered that Grace could also fit into Mae's sleeping bag perfectly.

Pool Time

This summer has been a hot one. To beat the summer heat we have been going to the pools as much as possible. Mae loves the water.

Mae wanted to "lay out" like Mary, who was working on her tan for the wedding.
