Meet Moreen

So Sean and I finally broke down and got ourselves a laptop. Partly because we wanted one and partly in hopes that Sean will do better at writing his papers for school if he has the convinence of being able to write anywhere.

So one of the fun features of the computer is the camera, which does awesome distorting. So we have been playing with it all day. I would like you to meet Moreen.

Easter Baskets

So this year it was Maes first Easter. She gotta a lot of love. The week before Easter my mom was up visiting us so she brought Maes Easter basket (that she made).

And YIPPIE Mae got Little Swimmers for this summer because all we do in the summer is play in the water so were gonna need a lot of swimmers.
The next weekend (which was Easter weekend) Gma Mac also was being a very piratical and got Mae some swimmers (love it) so we're good for at least the first couple weeks of fun in the sun!
Finally the basket the I put together for her. Now I didn't buy a thing for her but I had a few peeps who were kind enough to share some extra Easter stuff for Mae. The basket came from Gma Mac with the grass so great, and the eggs were from my co-worker who had never done an Easter egg hunt so they did one for her at work before Easter. So she shared 3 of her eggs so awesome. Mae really didn't know what to think of it but she played along.
She did love the grass but I wouldn't let her play with it for to long cause I didn't want her choking on it.

Tickling The Ivorys

As most of you are aware Sean and I are not the most musically inclined people. So both families and some of our friends have taken it upon themselves to teach Mae the love of music. So here are a few pics from last weekend at Gma and Gpa Macs house. Gpa Mac was helping Mae play the piano so cute. I will say she even hit the keys and made sound come out. So who knows she may like it our she may not but whatever she chooses will be just fine with me.

Happy Cinco De Patricks Day!!!

In honor of St. Patricks Day we thought that we would have Mae play with a potato at dinner. Not only do they love to eat potato's they also like to play with them (well we don't know that for a fact but we think its funnie). She was playing with her Irish potato while we were eating our very Irish Fajitas (I didn't take it into account that today was St. Paddy's Day when I planned dinner). Anyways the Scottish McLachlan Clan wishes you a Happy St. Patricks Day!!!

ps after this super cute picture of Mae was taken with the potato, she proceeded to have a major blowout. It was like she was saying "hey if your gonna take this picture of me and the potato I'm gonna poop all over".

Tagged Again...April Stop...Or Not Its Fun

So I was tagged again by April, I don't know who tags her but she passes them on to all of us. But its still cool because we get to know a little more about each other.

20 years ago: Lets see I was 6 and probably playing dress up with Shannon. Playing soccer as long as I wasn't the goalie. And bugging my siblings. Sean was 7 playing mini-mod soccer and just being a boy.

10 years ago: I was 16 a junior in high school, so that means that I was playing Volleyball, Basketball and Track, hanging with my friends, eating anything under the sun and not gaining a pound. I just got my license and was so excited that I could finally drive myself places and be on time. Sean was 17 and junior in high school. The sports he was doing were Cross-Country and Track. He also was causing a ruckus with his friends. All summer long was as the river wake boarding and running. I also believe that was maybe the summer of the big watermelon sale at the grocery store he worked at.

5 years ago: I was just 21 and living in Utah finishing up school and working on living in the same town as my main squeeze Sean. I made it there and we got to live in the same town for 6 whole months. Which as most of you know was a long time for us to get to be together because of our crazy long distance relationship. Sean was 22 and also in Utah running it up at SUU and loving living in an apartment full of good friends.

3 years ago: I was 23 and Sean was 24 we were in the middle of wedding planing. Which was so crazy that we were finally gonna be getting hitched. It was the best summer ever getting married and then honeymooning in Maui. What a great year.

1 year ago: I was 25 and Sean was 26. It was an awesome year we found out that I was pregnant with Mae at the beginning of the year and then we had her by Oct. I just cant believe that were parents of the coolest baby ever (sorry everyone but I'm a little biased). We had a great summer of relaxing by the pool and lake because I was so preggo we just kept life simple.

Yesterday: Was a busy day both Sean and I worked. Mae hung out at Malias. But then I got to have a great dinner that Malia made for me when I got off work. Its so nice to have our Wednesday nights to catch up and just hang for a little bit. Sean and I both got home late around 9 and then I watched AI while Sean worked on his homework.

Today: Also a work day for the both of us. Mae hung at Mistys today. Sean picked her up and hustled home to clean up the car because someone was gonna come and look at it, because it was for sale. And good news It sold YIPPIE!

Tomorrow: We have a very busy day getting ready for family coming to town. Taking care of car paperwork. And sharing the car cause we only have one now. But we will make it work. We also have some friends coming to town tomorrow who we haven't hung with in a long time so we get to go to dinner with them, so fun!

1 Month: Hopefully it will be warm and we will be going to the park. Doing nice long runs with Mae in the baby jogger. RELAXING March is a crazy month for us so hopefully April will slow down a little. And going to track meets because it is outdoor season. Oh and we will be driving a new car what I do not know so stay tuned.

1 Year: I have no idea except that it will be track season again so I know that we will be doing that. I really don't want to think about a year from now cause I want to take everyday 1 at a time with my Mae.

Wow that took awhile but it was worth it. So now I'm gonna tag Mari, Mary, Care, and Brook. I know it takes awhile but I want to see what you all have to say. So post on LADYS!!!!

Snow

So I'm sure your all wondering about the answer to the poll. It took 3 weeks for most of the snow to melt. There is still a small amount where it was piled really high but I'm not gonna count that. As far as I'm concerned the snow is gone! YIPPEE!!!!!

Pizza And Fight Night

So on Saturday night I gave Mari a call and said hey we need to hang. So we decided that she would come over to the casa and have dinner. But once she arrived we decided to go out to pizza instead and not have to do dishes. But before that we had to take some pictures of our cuties.

So the pics are pretty funnie, Madi did a face grab on Mae (don't worry no tears).

Oh don't worry still friends and all smiles.
Well at least we know our girls can take care of themselves. But what else would you expect from our daughters.

The Park

Ok so here are the pictures of us at the park Mae is all bundled up because it was still pretty chilly. But we just had to get out and Mae had fun which was the most important thing.
