Why not do a race our anniversary weekend? The USATF Trail Running National Championships were held In Spokane this year. They had community 10k so we decided to run. Heck we needed to do a run before Spokane to Sandpoint 2 weeks later. Doing a trail run sounded like fun. I had never done one before, and Sean likes to do them so we signed up. The race was fun, hard as it was my first race back but fun. After our race we hung around to see the serious competitors run. There were a lot of sticks around so Mae wanted to build a fire.
Mae and Katie! Mae was so excited to see Katie, its been such a busy summer that we haven't gotten to spend much time with her.
Back with my running buddy Katie! I have some serious work to get back to top shape, but its nice to spend see Katie at the start and finish :)
